I feel like I’ve gotten decent in dealing with people over the phone and getting what I want without being a dick. However, the health care industry is near impossible. Everything is so complicated it’s almost noth worth it.

The end of another term… The school holidays have begun and another two weeks of Vacation Care for me. The joys of working. =)
